Normally I love their business but today was the absolute last time I will attempt to give my money. I walked in was informed to come back an hour and a half later so I informed the lady I would be back at 2. I get back before 2 and I’m told now they don’t take appointments and I have to wait fr 3 people to finish and he doesn’t know why I was told that. I’m never ok with a business who can’t honor what they set forward and for that reason I will never return. There are numerous nail techs who do amazing work please don’t waste your time with such unprofessional people.

I usally love going here but this time I didnt. The older man did my feet and didnt put enought gel almost scraped off my skin and he didnt cut my nails even or get out any ingrown nails like I asked. I wont be going back

I sat in there for 2 hours b4 they told me they didn't have time to do my nails. 😡 I went back a few days later. I went to Tracy instead of the other lady. I was very satisfied.

The little lady that sits to the right by the door is really good, my nails did not just pop off.
