They keep the equipment and locker rooms in great shape. Always clean. Always plenty of exercise machine available even when parking lot is pretty full. Have a small cafe and ATM in lobby for added convenience. Kid friendly. Wife likes the various classes a lot. Decent hours although I wish they were open earlier on Sunday.

I love the cordiality and friendliness of the staff. The exercise and other equipment serve me well. Because of some health issues, it's important to me to get regular blood pressure checks. The "wonder within" presentations that Dr. Piper makes from time to time are valuable. I have belonged to the Health Zone for ten years. Joining was one of the best health decisions I have made.

I use this facility because it's convenient to my office. I love the timely classes targeted to working people like me who need to get in and out quickly on a lunch break but still get some exercise. All the basics provided in the locker room so i don't need to bring or prepare much. Also enjoy the cafe to grab a quick healthy bite or smoothie post-workout! Nice facility with multiple class options and the employees are very friendly. Non-judgmental atmosphere.

I would highly recommend Health Zone. I have been to many gyms over the years, but Health Zone stands out for its staff and facilities. The various types of exercise available is outstanding, and the staff is always polite and knowledgeable. They are always cleaning the facility, which is very important in any type of public place.
