I would LOVE to give this place a lower score if that was an option. First off the owner is MEGA RUDE. If there is a problem with your nails she blames you and the “chemicals” you use. I got a gel manicure, I picked gray, a few days in its ninja turtle green and peeling off. I go in and she says that is not her fault all she will do it put on one more coat to cover the green. Ummm, let me think??? NO, you are using old nail polish if it is chipping and turning colors lady!!!!! Will never waste my time or money at a place that has poor customer service. If you work hard for your money like I do my advice, don’t waste it at RITZ NAILS. Worse mistake you will ever make.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Been going here for nearly 10 years!! Henry is the best for your Spa pedicure, Helen is great for eyebrows and Ann is great for a full set of nails!! Very FRIENDLY, AWESOME and CLEAN!!!

I went to get my nails done a few months ago at Ritz Nails and didn't have a very good experience. The women who did my acrylic nails was very rough on my nails and didn't seem to care about taking her time. I said "Owe" a coupe of times and she still kept on hurting me. She was very pushy too and went into my purse without asking me, which made me very mad. But my nails did turn out nice which made me happy and it was at a good price.
