Nice garage but you will spend too much time looking for a spot during weekdays. And the entry/exit gates have some issues almost every other week.

If you need to run to the courthouse for a few hours this garage is adequate. As another reviewer mentioned, try to time your departure to not line up with when jury duty gets out.
I've never seen a security guard inside the garage(just the employee in the booth at the edit), but the traffic flow is busy enough where you should never feel unsafe.

HORRIBLE ON MONDAYS (because of all the people that come downtown for jury duty)

The location is convenient to the courthouse however if you have jury duty and are released for the day you will not get out of the parking deck for 15 to 30 minutes. The parking deck is absolutely not equipped to handle a bunch of cars leaving at the same time and for this reason I would not recommend that you park in this parking deck.
