I made an order online, the last day for pick-up was the 31st of the month in which I planned on going to pick the items up on that day or the day before. They canceled my order on the 27th!! This store NEVER answers the phone!! It doesn’t matter what department. Don’t even waste your time. I barely shop here anyway but I try to give them a chance here and there. You’re better off at Macy’s!!!

The cashiers here are rude. The majority of fitting rooms are closed with no logical reason other than 'Covid'. The clothes are disorganized and the place is a mess. There are some kind workers and the deals are good which is the only reason it gets 3 stars.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful. They really help you if you even look like your confused😂 they offered help which was really impressive. The ladies here are very nice especially Saima!

I've shopped at JCP my entire life. I miss the days when they hired quality retail professionals.
The new JCP is too focused on low cost. However, if it allows them to survive I will support it.
The ability try on clothes and return internet purchases to a local brick & mortar store are important to me.
We are all better off with a local JCP.

Great place to shop. I come here occasionally to get clothes and they never disappoint. Wished their shopping carts were easier to find.
