One of the best nail experiences I've ever had. Bella was wonderful and explained how the Japanese nail experience is different than what we are used to in the US; how their polishes are low chemical and environmentally conscious; and the type of nail art they offer (which looked beautiful).

Just went to Finest Nails & Spa for the first time today, Ellen (the owner I think) was so nice and took such good care of my nails! I'll definitely be back. They also have the best selection of gel colors and chromes.

Got my daughter a gift card here because she really wants to get her nails done and this place is really close to us and does a really good job for and affordable price. Rachel was behind the counter and was great. They have awesome customer service here and it make your experience so enjoyable.

Walked in and was seated in a timely manner, told them I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure and picked my colors out and set them aside. My manicurist was complaining my nails were too short, my hands were too dry and my cuticles were bad the whole entire time. She then got out the acrylic drill and ended up drilling my skin off instead of my cuticles and continued to make me bleed and now my hands are sensitive and need to wear bandaids. The place then became busy and my nail color was taken without my ladies knowing the color so i had to sit there without anyone trying to get the color and they were getting frustrated at me when i couldn’t get up to do anything. The lady doing my pedicure just gave up and left and started working on another girl and never finished my toes. They then had to redo my toes because they forgot that I wanted gel. Don’t recommend when they are busy. They won’t focus on you and just do a hurried job.

I got my nails done and 3 days later two fall off and them later after I got them fixed another broke
