DO NOT GO! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! THEY WASTED 3 HOURS OF MY LIFE. My daughter's prom is on tomorrow and the lady stated "we do chrome nails for you." She lied and tried to make us pay. We demanded it be removed. She stated we had to 10.00 for her mistake! They are horrible and have no respect.

Wish i can give a negative star to this place. Reasons are mentioned below:
1. Got a Spa mani and pedi from this place. Despite of been told me on phone and in person that they will do the sugar scrub on my feet and hands, they only applied sugar scrub on my feet. The refused to do the sugar scrub on my hand simply white lied that they never agreed to do that..what a liar. Besides most if their employees don't speak or understand English very well.
2. Their spa machine wasn't working properly. When i asked them if i can move to another spa machine, they told that none of their spa machines are working properly.
3. The lady who did my pedi didn't do all the techniques. I had to remind her often. Glad i noticed how the other staff was doing the pedi of their customers. The lady who was working on me said, " oh, i am sorry i forgot'. She was struggling in applying the nail paint and filing my nails. In fact i had to apply the lotion on my feet. Can u believe this. Why am I paying them?
4. The lady who did my mani was the store manager. She is one of the most terrible and disgusting person i ever came across. She was very rude, again didn't file my nails properly. I had to show her.
I am sure if the store manger is rude and is not doing her job properly then the rest of the staff will definitely not do their job properly either.
This place is located inside the Walmart and i have seem customers using their services and for this reason i decided to give it a try. But during my visit i realized that most of the customers using their services work for Walmart ( this location) only. May be they get huge discount to use their services.
Please avoid going to do this place. Don't waste ur hard earned money and precious time. There are plenty of places in the neighborhood who provide better services for the sane price or less.
