I love this place! There are great people and have amazing customer services. I left my wedding ring by accident which is worth over $10K and as soon as I realized what I had done I called to see if it was still there. They found it (Thank goodness) and held onto it for me until I could return to get it. I am very thankful for the staff and their honesty. Great place to go :)

Terrible Time Mangement, Inconsistent Quality.
I've been to this salon about 4 times since I moved to the area. They try really hard to make this place upper echelon, but there are two things I look for in a nail salon beyond the obvious criteria of safety and health. Number one is that they do good work, paying attention to detail, not doing such a poor job that I have to come back more often than necessary. The second priority for me is that I can plan my day around it without stressing about making my next appointment. This place is TERRIBLE for getting you in and out on time if you're getting pink and white. If you just get regular manicure/pedicure, you might be fine. But they only have a few people who can do pink and white. Once I realized that, I started trying to call ahead and make sure I had an appointment for my pink and white fills. But they don't keep the appointment schedule. The first couple times I went, the quality of work was ok. But the last time I went, I was there 3 hours and they rushed through my pink fill and did such a poor job it started flaking off within a week. It normally takes 2 hours to get all my services (at my old salon). This place regularly takes over 3 hours, and most of that time is spent sitting around waiting. I won't be going back.
