The worst customer service ever made purchases that never got put in the bag had to repurchase the itens a second time and when i explained to the owner i got charged for items that were not put in the bag that your workers took to the front charge me and never put it in the bag she said i should of brought the whole bag back a day before easter when i needed to use them the night before so she said im not doing nothing then said i gave you a free nose ring which was a lie cause it to was on the receipt and out of 3-4 yrs been shopping there aint ever been giving nothing for free since when has a asian ever given anyone anything for free but there that petty that i couldnt get my money back and it was under 10 dollars enough for me to file a report but not enough for me to take them to court guess this establishment is so broke probably not far from bankrupt that they have to get over on customers cause the business is hurting more than the customer so guess they needed it more than me after spending big for yrs was treated like a liar in the rudest way dont advise anyone spending a dollar at this store

This place has some of the worst customer service. They do not follow their return policy and the owner is extremely unprofessional, along with the employees. If your big on reviews you should definitely listen to the negative reviews that are left about this business.

Very unprofessional, condescending and tacky!!! If I could rate the store a negative 10 I would. Store did not honor their own return policy even with receipt. How distasteful. Highly unrecommended!!! I recommend Angie's Beauty on Austell Road next to big lots!!! It's worth the drive and the customer service!!!
