I have went here since I moved to Kentucky and they WAS good until I went last night 2/13/20 I got there at 4:30 with just one person ahead of me and didn’t get out of there till 6:56 I WAS NOT HAPPY. Let how horrible my nails look. I will be taking my $30 somewhere else. I also posted pictures they are the black nails.

Usally i LOVE my nails when i go here but this time not so much, i showed them a picture of nails i wanted and he did the complete opposite. He told me it would be a $10 fee to soak off my nails wish I was okay with paying but then he ended up just Poppin them off with nails and still charged me the $10 fee, I would have been okay with paying something but I shouldn't have had to pay the $10 because he didn't soak them off. And on top of everything he made me bleed 3 times and didn't even say sorry, My Nails Hurt and I can't even enjoy them & i spent $50. I'm contemplating on even going back, this was really bad experience.

Richard is the BEST ! He was very friendly and surprised me with the design he did !! He was just the best and I will be back !!
