Stopped here because I was already at the mall and thought a pedi would make me feel better. This place is not good the lady cut my toe twice and cut my toe nails short after saying don’t cut them just file.. I’m sorry but how difficult is that I get my nails and toes done often and I have never been cut before also the prices are outrageously overpriced

The first time their work was good. That’s why they get 1 STAR! Tonight I went in 30min before they closed an old man said go down to the other nail salon we close. I said you’re not closed you close at 9pm I’ve come here before late and got my nails done. He can’t speak good English and kept saying to go to the one by Jc Pennys. Why would you turn a customer away?? I will be reporting them. Hopefully enough complaints will get them closed. I pray so. By the way go to the nail salon by JCPennys. For the record they do much better work and they’re quicker 😃. Don’t go to Cali Nails though. This old man is super rude!

It could be much better. I feel like they do a really cheap and poor job doing your nails.

I wish I had read the reviews on this place before my cousin & I had our pedicures done.
None of the instruments came out of sterile packaging, clippers, files, etc. nor were they cleaned after being used on us. Simply thrown back into the work carts.
The older lady working on my cousin actually stopped her massage chair & yelled at my cousin to leave the controls alone when my cousin dared to try moving the chair closer so her legs were not extended out straight.
Both of the ladies working on us were rude when we declined upgrading our service & just rushed through getting us done.
This is exactly why people should avoid mall nail establishments. Unclean environment, rude staff & horrible experience.
