I would recommend getting your nails done somewhere else. They are overpriced and they change prices every time you go in, depending on who you get. She told me the cost of the fill at the end of the service was going to be $55. I told her that was $5 more than they charged me last time. She said it was because she “trimmed my nails” 😂😂😂. Seriously? It’s a nail salon… a trim of your acrylic nails is included with your Fill. Amy was the technician- She rushed and I had to keep telling her my nails weren’t even. The gel polish has chipped on the ends and the polish looks uneven 1 week out. There are so many other places that have better customer service and do a much better job. Don’t spend money here….Go somewhere that makes you feel pampered.

My sister an I both come here often we don’t go anywhere else honestly. She wanted to get a manicure an I just wanted to get my two big toes a polish change because I have French tip . I am a hair stylist so my shoes turn them black. They gave me such a hard time. They said It would be $40 !!!! Like excuse me for two toe nails ? They said I have to get all of my toes a polish change they don’t do touch ups. Which was crazy to me because a lady walked in a complaining about how her two thumb nails are messed up an it wasn’t been long since she gotten them done … THEY TOOK AN FIXED HER NAILS !!! So why was it different for me ? An before years ago I use to LOVE my French tip now it’s sloppy it’s not fresh looking an precise I’m over them…

My main issue with this place is how RUSHED the services are. For the price tag attached you should feel relaxed and pampered. They are always out of the colors I pick and the job itself is just not good enough for how much it cost. They also do not tell you how much extra the gel is going to be so it adds to confusion at check out time. Environment is a little hectic too. I would take your money elsewhere to receive the relaxation you deserve!

I came with a friend and we called ahead and there was no wait, which was nice. We asked to sit next to each other and were told we could not, no big deal... except then another woman was seated in the empty chair next to me. So why couldn't we sit together? My tech was actually very nice, but kept taking her mask off. The water used to soak my old dip off was also way too hot for comfort. After my nails were done, my tech put oil on my hands and they all smeared so she had to redo the top coat, not a huge deal, but it did seem like they took forever to dry. The thing I could not believe were the prices. I paid $15 to have my old dip soaked off, on top of a $50 basic dip manicure (no tips, or artwork, etc). I asked for clarification on the pricing and was told "this is how we do it here". I did like how my nails turned out, but they are now cracked and chipping less than a week later. This manicure was not work spending almost 2 hours and $70+ on.

I got an infection in two of my nails after going here. This is really unfortunate because the nail tech did a good job on my nails & the prices were about average. I’m sorry but due to the infection, I cannot return and I highly recommend people to look elsewhere. This is not an angry review, it’s simply the truth. Don’t risk the health of your nails here.
