I scheduled a birthday gift for my husband to have his car detailed here. He drives a E class 2016 Mercedes so I wanted a place that would really take care with the car and not do a "halfway" detail. First of all, Cam was so awesome in getting me scheduled at really kind of short notice for a complete detailing. He was full at the shop for this week but made arrangements to have someone come to my home yesterday morning and detail the car. Kyle (the technician he sent) as well as his cohort (I didn't catch the other gentleman's name!) were professional, nice, efficient and did excellent work. After the work was done they stayed to ensure that we were happy with the results. As far as the work itself, his car looks better than when we bought it! They did such a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things about this place and it was my first and only experience (so far.) Cam is great and super accommodating. I would highly recommend these guys for any detailing work you would need.

Cam did paint correction and applied a hybrid coating on my black car and he really knocked it out of the park! Not only did he do great work but he was also super awesome to talk to. He thoroughly answered every question I had and it was clear he’s extremely passionate and loves what he does. I highly recommended having Cam complete any detailing work you need!

Drive Auto Appearance did an excellent job removing the hail damage to my car! I had put it off a t the dreaded thought of a long and inconvenient process. Not at all the case here. They gave me instructions on the process start to finish which went exactly as described. Dropped me at the rental car facility and kept me updated on the status of the repairs daily. The paint-less hail damage repair included a professional cleaning. My Jetta looks better than the day I bought it (and I bought it brand new in 2016)! Drive Auto also has custom cleaning products and supplies in-house for sale to help the novice (that's me!) or expert car enthusiast maintain the new car look between professional cleanings. I highly recommend their services even if you don't have auto body repairs. A basic car wash and vacuum don't come close to the quality and service they provide! They truly care about your car.

I happened to stumble upon DRIVE Auto Appearance after one of the top local detailers was booked up and recommend Cam and his shop. Please Note: I am based in Little Rock, AR and had no trust in any local shops close to me. After doing tons of research and the recommendation I did a phone screening to see who I was going to leave my car with for a detailing job.
From the beginning you know that Cam really loves what he does. I stayed connected with him for a few weeks as I was lining up dates to see him. We discussed full details about my needs and what was occurring and Cam was incredibly accommodating. I arrived right before noon on Saturday and Cam worked nonstop on my car until the afternoon of Monday.
Car was taking through crazy care and detail for the Ceramic coating procedure. I visited multiple times throughout the process and Cam was just an awesome person to spend time with and talk to. We often chatted as he worked on the car. The final product has been amazing. All the information and detail you need to know Cam provides it for you. Car was featured on several sites after the completion of the detail. Tons of compliments and I am very pleased to drive 4.5hrs to have this done. My car was already perceived to be in great shape but Cam took it to another level. Excellent Job from Cam. I would drive that far again just for a car wash if I needed to.

Car is still in crazy condition and I brought it back to Cam for a wash and maintenance. Let me to you he is unreal in terms of providing outstanding service. My car continues to shine like crazy and his products perform so well! My car is showroom worthy because of the level of detail Cam puts into his work. I drive here again this weekend just because I knew Cam would take care of my car. Can even had dents removed from my car and went above and beyond to help me out. I will always be a loyal fan of Drive Auto Apperance and the products he uses.
