Felt like spoiling myself at top ten nails and it was a complete FAIL!!! Gave them a chance to do a set of acrylic nails and she used nails thay were all different sizes seeping off my nail, then I realized she put them on crooked as well while also managing to mess up the nail polish. I went home immediately and filed the sides and repainted them to make it look like I didn't have a thumb as my index finger. I let it slide because I did an okay job of correcting them. Three days later 2 nails pop off, the next day another one. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!
NEVER had that happen before. So I get a refill shortly after a week because I didn't feel like paying another $25, which I did anyways. I have too much faith in people. Decided to go back for the fill and I kid you not my nail broke off while changing my shirt... the next day!!! I was heading out of town so I couldn't go back and have them do it. I wouldn't of paid a dime, but considering they weren't friendly to begin with it would of been a hassle not worth dealing with. Too bad because this place is right around the corner from my house. If you don't mind spending money on new acrylics every week then this is your place. I'm not picky when it comes to nails, but this was unacceptable.

I came here for the first time today and I really liked it. My nail tech did a GREAT job on my dip. The details, the cuticles, she really took pride for her job.

Don't listen very well clients and doesnt take accountability for mistakes. They blamed several clients while I was there for small mistakes that were easy to fix. I visited this location twice for pedicures, once in a group, and left unsatisfied and unhappy twice that I spent my money there for the whole group.

Terrible service. Nail tech continuously made mistakes and didnt ask my opinion on what I thiught of my design, which was very poorly done. Nails came off several times while she was doing the buffing, she had to restart multiple times, and the final result is super uneven, bumpy, and unpleasing to look at. I have to go somewhere else to get them redone and spent nearly 2 hours here.
