Always super sweet and friendly, have been a few times now and am never disappointed.

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I heard the owner trash-talking people to other customers - which made me uncomfortable. Find another place. You will be much happier.

This place gave THE WORST experience I've ever had. We had my sister's bridal party get their nails done at this salon. Firstly, from what was understood when the reservation was made, we thought that our party would get the entire salon for a couple hours with the nail tech's undivided attentions. However, that was not the case. They had overlapped appointments with ours which caused our party to take longer than expected. We also booked 1 no chip mani/pedi, 5 french tip mani/a pedi, 1 mani/pedi and 1 pedi. This was confirmed with my sister who made the appointment. However when we got there, they continuously argued with us we had 2 no chip mani/pedi's instead of having good customer service and saying okay that's fine. It took them a good 10 minutes to finally agree with us that we did not want 2 no chip mani/pedi's. When we finally established who was getting what treatment, Tamara was insistent on everyone choosing their colors. After our party politely told her that we were choosing our own colors, she rudely told us what colors we need to have for our nails. When she went to the back, we all changed the colors to the colors we wanted. CeLena did my nails. I know that I have a lot of cuticles but instead of letting my feet and hands soak in water first, she just took the wooden tool and pushed the cuticles back and it hurt. I mentioned to her that is was painful and my aunt also mentioned to her that it hurts. However she was upset because we changed her "no chip" person to a regular mani/pedi (which is cheaper). She also did my cousins nails and made her bleed when she cut her cuticles. She cut too deep and was not gentle. Also, when I got my mani, CeLena was not personable and told me when I sat down she had another appointment soon so she had to do my nails fast. The french tip was definitely not the best and you can tell she did not give any cares. She huffed and puffed the entire time doing my nails. I asked her for an accent nail and I wanted an ombre sparkle on the accent nail. She did it and asked how I liked it. I thought it looked okay at first but my sister said to change it because it didn't look that great. While I waited for my nail to dry, CeLena had her other client who was not part of our party. She rudely told me to go sit on a different chair so she can get to her other appointment. When I went to get my top coat of nail polish I asked her if she could just make my accent nail just a solid sparkle. CeLena rudely says I don't have time I have another appointment to attend to. It literally would have taken 10 seconds tops to fix. I left unhappily. My sister/the bride had a "no chip" and Tamara did her nails. She did a good job and my sister said they were what she wanted. However, when my sister went to a different nail salon in Colorado after she got married to get them removed the nail techs at the other salon said they could not remove them. They had to take the electric nail file and file her nail so far down to remove the polish that they were almost to the skin underneath her nail. Some parts of her nails have little divets/holes that are at the skin underneath her nail. Unbelievable... Not only did that happen to my sister, my aunt who has been going to them for a while decided after this awful customer service we experienced she would go somewhere else, and when my aunt went to a different nail salon, they too could not remove her "no chip" nail polish either and had to file it down to get it removed. They also said that it was as if they had just had layers and layers of polish on there. (My aunt has gone to them several times previous from this occasion). Both nail technicians (my sister and aunts from different places) said that they used a nail polish that should only go on an acrylic nail NOT your actual nail. Overall, it was the bad customer service, services, communication and the horrible product that they used are the reasons why I am giving this review.

Such a great salon. Disposable tools, super friendly staff, and my nails look phenomenal!
