Looking for a place to take my daughter for her birthday. She said all she wants is a day with mom getting her nails done. Read through these reviews and noticed there are no replies to bad experiences. In my opinion, a good business owner acknowledges bad reviews and, at minimum, apologizes. I think I'll take my daughter somewhere else for her birthday.

I usually like to say if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all but I had the worse powder manicure, pedicure was ok but left a lot to be desired. Very grumpy and short tempered help. Watched the owner run around while she was supposed to be finishing a manicure. Saw lots of previous appointments leave and say they would come back. I still give 3 stars because it was busy and lots of people seemed happy, but I also saw a lot of people get sat at pedicure chairs, had their feet put in water and they waited quite a while. I find that kind of a sneaky tactic. Get your feet wet so if you are frustrated with the wait, you really can't leave without making a fuss. I'd heard great things so maybe another go round is in order. Just be a little more polite and not so rough if someone doesn't hear you right away. I was given directions during my Mani and Pedi that were hard to hear because of how busy it was and when I didn't comply, I was either man handled or got attitude. Not exactly a relaxing spa experience. Couldn't wait to get to my home salon again.

Excellent Service! The technicians listen to you. I drive 2 hours to get mine done!!

I switched to VIP from another nail salon in town. Love the friendly service, and an excellent job done every time I go.
