I love this place very big, very friendly. Everytime I go there it's not packed on the weekend. I would always have the same girl who would do my nails. Especially they close at 9 which is super great with people who have a crazy work schedule.

I haven't even received the service yet and I'm angry they charged me $10 for one acrylic finger because without it my nails would look outrageous when the full price for a set is about $40.00. They straight robbed me $10.00 I've been to salons where I requested one nail acrylic before and I wasn't charged. I used the Snailz app and already purchased the service online I didn't want to go through a refund process. Also they didn't use the tools out of a bag they just spray with sanitizer. Not sure if they were sanitized before in the cabinet or beforehand, so if I get an infection this will be the first. My nails look good but within reason that charge is a SCAM!!! If you don't want to be scammed try the other nail salons within the 1-2 mil radius. The one star is for the service that was average really.

This was my first time here and I had an acrylic set done with gel. The salon needs to have better airflow - it was hard to breath with the smell of chemicals. The price list on the wall said it would cost $70, then after they told me it was actually $75 and pointed to a small handwritten piece of paper that was much less visible. The manager told me the large sign was too hot to cover the old prices on (???). I found this misleading especially considering even $70 is extremely high for acrylics in nyc. you can go down the street to Coco Ruby and get a full acrylic set for $55. The woman who did my nails was pleasant but she glued the acrylic to the skin under my nail and then tried to file it out and made me bleed. Overall, you could go to an actual spa for this price and not have any of the above happen. Would recommend walking 2 blocks in any direction and going to any other salon.

Got an acrylic fill .. they charge $65! Outrageous pricing. Not to mention the gel polish chipped off of my thumbnail a few days later and they tried to charge me $10 to get it fixed. Will not be going back

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. The prices were not as cheap as advertised outside. They upcharged for nail polish color and moisturizer. It still was not expensive though—pretty standard price for the city. The manicure and pedicure certainly aren’t the worst I’ve had but they were a bit subpar. The staff wasn’t rude but not all that friendly either. Probably won’t go back as there are a lot of other options.
