I went in to buy makeup for my daughter. Melanie was not just helpful, but very accommodating. Not only that, she didn’t miss a beat when a scruffy dude (myself) walking in asking for help to buy pink and gold eye shadow.

Anna in the Salon is the best...but all the stylists are courteous and talented. The entire store is staffed well!! I go every week with my 93 year old Mom...and everyone is so kind and patient with us. Love this place! !

Standard Ulta. No one to help you on the weekdays but so crowded on the weekends that lines are long and it takes a while to talk to an employee. If you don't need help go during the week.

This is the Ulta in South Austin that has morphe. Not the one at Southpark Meadows. This Ulta is the one that's very well-stocked and very well staffed.

Renee the manager cut my hair after someone there had cut it. I was unsatisfied with the first cut but she fixed it. She did a wonderful job!
