Not very pleased at all...First and for most the place could use a DEEP cleaning.
Second of all, nail tech and another employee were talking about services that are listed on the board but they do not have supplies for, saying "not sure why they are even listed on the board" kinda sounded like they were downing their employer. Third, the tech was very talkative, I just about got the whole life story (dont get me wrong I like to have a conversation but it was a little much). Fourth, the tech was answering their cell phone on speaker and having conversations with friends while doing my nails. Not very impressed overall. Do not think I will be back!!

I LOVE JULIE! She is the only technician that I've had that wants to do her job. In my opinion, have of the staff either needs to be retrained or let go. There are people out there who WANT TO WORK. 5 stars for Julie

Today was my first time there and I had a great experience. Jenny the lady at the register was amazing saying hi and helping me look for a polish. The person that did my nails was Lee and he did a fantastic job. I asked him for something and he did it. It wasn’t busy, I’m guessing bc I went during my lunch break. There were a few customers getting serviced, who were having a good time talking with the techs. I felt welcomed and comfortable. My nails didn’t come out exactly as the picture I showed but they came out just as beautiful. I loved my experience. I’ve never felt comfortable at a nail salon before this. I will definitely be back in 2 weeks and I do recommend this place to everyone!!!

Walked in never been before just to get my eyebrows done and she did an awesome job ! Best I’ve ever had done I will be trying out nails next it’s a must I return
