My daughter has been here a few times to get her nails done for special occasions, and each time it's been a good experience, nice staff, but only 4 stars because they seem to over book themselves a bit, my daughters appointment was at 1, they didn't get her sat in a chair until 1:30 and once sat she still waited another 10 minutes until someone started working on her, when they did start they came and went, a total visit of almost 90 minutes and only maybe 17 of those minutes were actually spent getting her nails done. But the nails were done very beautifully, all and all worth it :)

They are always pleasant down there. If you go in with patience in mind you will have a great experience :)

I made an appointment and sat waiting for 2.5 hours. They did an ok job but could’ve been better.

I have tried this salon numerous times over the years and the service is hit or miss. I went there this past week,and the nail tech was researching flights on her phone while I was in the chair . Every few moments, she would stop and search more,and ask me questions about airports. I wouldn't have minded if she had simply asked me questions, but in this case she took over three hours to do gel nails with paint. In addition, she was the only tech, out of three, who could speak English, and still it was broken English. They had music playing, but very softly and the whole atmosphere was off. If I go back I will not be getting nails, simply pedicures.

Had a great experience they did a great job on my nails they got fit me in without an appointment and got me in and out within my time time limit. And my nails look amazing!
