I was visiting Memphis on business and I found this place!I liked that it was in a nice area and cosmetically it was very appealing. The staff were friendly and the drinks were a plus but my nails service didn’t go so smoothly. The guy doing my nails left space on the fill-in, so someone else had to take over. I asked for a coffin shape and didn’t get that, plus my nails were uneven! On top of that several broke the next week. For the price I paid (over $120) my nails should’ve been perfect.

Mimi did an excellent job on my nails. First time here. $35 Shellac manicure. Excellent service. Will definitely be going back.

I am extremely excited to have found this place because it's literally a minute or less away from home. I told the technician a coffin shape for 30 minutes. They were very thorough and meticulous on my nails. And they also seem to always give me the best service. The parking isn't a BIG problem here. Definitely found my new place for pedicures! VERY GREAT.

I loved the complimentary drinks and my spa pedicure. However, my coffin shaped full set was terrible. First, I asked for a specific design and shape before I even elected to have my nails done. The manager said they could do it. That was a Lie. When I sat down to have my nails done, the nail tech looked at the shape for the full set and the polish (which consisted of painting half the nail diagonally) and said she couldn't do it. She then proceeded to pick up her cell phone a start talking on it. After her conversation I requested for her to just complete a regular manicure. She informed her manager and he came by and insisted I get the full set because he can complete the look I wanted. That was also a lie. My full set have since then lifted and come off completely... It has only been 2 weeks, not even.
The takeaway is if you want a regular mani pedi with gel or dip powder-- this is your place. Anything beyond that, I wouldn't refer anyone to it.

Love love love ! I was treated better than ever. Rosa and Betty are the best. Definitely recommending anyone that visits. Will be returning !
