I know someone who goes to this place all the time and she has the best, the BEST nails I've ever seen. Unprofessional, not. Rude, not. I went here with my mom (since I recommended the place after I showed her my friend's nails) and oh boy has she got amazing nails. They were caring and respectful to my mother and I appreciate it so much. I plan on telling everybody about this amazing nail place. Also, my mom told me one day she went by herself and saw a worker doing fabulous nail work on a customer. It may have taken hours but my mom tells me, the worker was precise and did it splendidly. If I have to say anything, I've heard amazing things about this place and I'll never forget how happy my mom was after getting these nails. So, for me, 5 STARS!!!!!!! (I wish I could give more but I can't sadly)

If I cool give this place one star I would. I went to get black gel polish on my nails. I simply asked the lady for black and she went and got it for me. In the morning it came out to be a mood changing polish. When I called that morning she told me to call the company and if I come in a have to pay for a color change. Even though she gave me a mood changing color the night before. She was being rude and blaming me like I picked that color myself, Never going back.

Yesterday I went into Fantasy to do my nails with two of my other friends, and we both wanted acrylics. My friend had recommended this place since she came here all the time for acrylics and I trusted her judgement. Boy could I have been more wrong. As soon as we walk in, we have to wait at least an hour just sitting on the couch in the heat with no air conditioner to be attended to then start the process of getting our nails done. This one lady starts to try to put the glue on my nails for the tips to stick but was struggling so she put double the amount of glue on my nail to stick, making it look like a mountain of glue. Next, I finally get attended by the owner (I later come to find out) and I show her a picture of what I wanted exactly, it was acrylics almond shaped (looks more pointer and better on people with narrower finger and hands like mine) that had a French ombré effect where it faded from the regular pink color of your nail to white as if you had gotten French tips. She seemed like she knew what I wanted, I kept telling her multiple times what I wanted over and over, constantly asking if she still needed the picture for reference and she said no she understood. So I started to relax, enjoy the Friday evening with my friends, until I noticed she wasn't doing what I had asked for and was just putting regular French tips on my nails and I told her how this isn't what I had wanted and she replied saying that this would look better on me to trust her, that she knows what she's doing. I started to become embarrassed with complaining and trusted her. Some time passes by and before I had noticed it she was finished, now to be fair it looked decent from far away but once you started to inspect the nail you began to see how she hadn't cleaned up my nail properly, the glue had begun to come off of my nail and was sticking up, the glue had dried so thick that my nails looked too thick and too big, the French tips were crooked, etc. By the time I began to complain about it she was rushing us out the door, telling me how she was busy and how it looked fine, telling me I had to pay her. I wasn't completely happy but I thought it was normal for acrylic nails to look like. Until I had gotten home and my mom told me that she hadn't done a proper job and we would go back the next day to complain and resolve the issue. Fast forward to today, were we walked in and we're super friendly, didn't want to cause a scene, asked to speak to the manager, to tell her how this isn't what I wanted and I just wanted a refund for the job done. She said she would help us and went back to her desk expecting her to help us like she said, we sat for about 15 minutes waiting for something to happen until the owner (lady who had done my nails) starts to become unprofessional and begins causing a scene with yelling over clients in the salon, saying how she will only give me back half of the money, tries to embarrass both my mother and I for being unsatisfied with her job. Her mother while being calm told her how she was being unprofessional by yelling and making a scene which the owner then proceeded to become even more rude and about another 5 minutes later walks over to us and gives us $20 (which is only half of what I paid) and patted us awkwardly on the back and said she's sorry, and was kicking us out. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know, and this salon has lost my business.
