There service has always been subpar. The only nail tech there worthy of any praise is Annie/June. I went in one day and they told me I had to wait 40 mins even though they were not at capacity. The other nail place I had to go to afterward had more clientel in the building and only quoted me 10 mins. I hate to be that person but the only person to ever show me respect in that establishment was Annie/June. They seem like they don't like many black people in here.

This place is cheap but the quality is horrible. They rush your nails. My nails looked like an elementary school girl did them.

I went in around 5:40 and was taken immediately. First impression, small and cluttered nail salon but clean and efficient. I got a mani-pedi, which came up to the price of $17. I really liked the lady who did my pedicure. We talked about various things in Chinese, since I also know how to speak in Chinese. Speaking with the ladies in Chinese seems to be more approachable. However, even if you don't speak Chinese, the ladies are very nice. They do not talk about the customer behind their back. They are respectful and know their boundaries.
Pedicure was great. Really liked the lady who did mine. She was really sweet and was very through with the pedicure. Felt relaxed with the massage chair, but it wasn't the best.
Manicure was the only thing I had an issue with. The women who did my nails, did not know how to apply nail polish. Her application was streaky and caused air bubbles after drying the nails. Would recommend getting a pedicure rather than a manicure.
