I went in to have my solar nails that they did previously filled in. Some of their previous work was coming loose from the nail. Instead of removing the entire solar nail, they cut around it, taking the loose part off. Then did a thin coat of solar material over the spot. I had an appointment to get to and didn't notice with their lighting what bad job they did till later when I looked at them. Went in when they opened again and explained that I wanted to get my nails fixed. The woman said they were "booked". The older man who did the horrible ( and painful ) job was sweeping outside. I felt they could have made the effort to fix the poor job perhaps by scheduling me in that day. The man that did my nails, had did done my nails in the past and I had asked not to have him. When I went in to get my nails done, I was in a hurry and they gave me him. Had I had more time, I would have got someone else, so that is my fault that I got him. However the ugly job he did on my nails and the fact he was sanding my skin and into my nail bed, trying to tear off the solar nail from my nail- giving me pain is on him. The woman barked "You come back tomorrow". Told her I would not be back. Overpriced, sloppy work, and no concern for good customer service. Very UNprofessional

Love these guys, so warm and family oriented. Got a Pedi today with my daughter, and they even threw in a toe ring today. Very nice people.

I love Fancy Nails! They always seem to fit me in for my pedicure! Fitting me in, means a lot to me, because I don’t always have a lot of time on my hands.
Every time I go they are always wanting to know how I’m doing, but it doesn’t end there, they always ask about my grandchildren as well.
I love looking at my pretty toes when they are all finished.I always get everything I ask for and I love it!
Their service in unbeatable!
I’ve also had facials with them, OMG, so relaxing! They give such a great facial, I could’ve slept my whole time. I enjoyed it so much!
I’ve had brow tinting..That was nice as well..
I love the group of people they have. Just so kind and down to earth. If you haven’t tried it, try it! You won’t be sorry!

Very nice folks I just wish they had a price sheet. it seems as if i get a different price every time i come in.

Went in on a Sunday. Regular salon was closed. I had old gel manicure removed. She did it without ruining my weak nails. Then a real nice shaping and new mani with hand massage. She took her time and repaired my thumb nail when I scratched it. Recommended on one visit experience. Fire next door didn't close them i hear.
