I was probably not the most ideal customer calling at 2pm on a Friday to make an appointment for two pedicures side-by-side at 5:15 that day, but the person on the phone cheerfully accommodated. When we arrived (late) the place was packed and I thought, well we showed up late so we might be outta luck but, nope! They were ready for us regardless. My friend and I both kept saying to each other what a nice, relaxing environment it was despite the crowd. Overhearing the people around us, I found out it was "prom weekend" so maybe it was abnormally busy. Either way, I was was only further impressed by the quality of service and ultimately, the result! The trimming and polish is very clean and smooth. My feet look and feel fantastic! Excellent work and service!

I loved it they did great they turned out beautiful. And I probaly wasnt the favriot costomer calling at 12:45 for an appointment and 1:30 but they didnt even cate they cheerfully said I could come.altho there was one problem when I asked them how it would cost they said 30-35 dollars but it ended up being 50!!that made me a litter angry!!!

Paid 50 bucks for a deluxe pedicure and I didn't get my feet fully done like my friend had it done. I even asked the dude who was working on my feet if he missed a step scrapping the scallus off my heels, he lied and said he did. When he buffed it. It's ridiculous to pay 50 bucks if you ain't getting the full service done in "WAUSAU" There are plenty of other places that do it better. Bella isn't my top choice. I even tipped him 10 bucks just because I was being nice but never received a thankyou. Btw PARKING IS TERRIBLE.
