I came here to get my hair trimmed and dyed last week and the results were AWFUL. Instead of a trim, 2 inches were taken off along with a hair cut that thinned my hair out. The cut is awful and uneven but that's not the worst part . I was given chunky, irregular highlights. The color was not what I asked and the placement was sloppy. I expressed to the stylist that I was unhappy, he said I could come back to get what I wanted. I returned the next day and could not get what I wanted because the person doing my hair "did not have enough time" and just put a glaze and a toner over my hair to cover the terrible highlight job. After 2 washes the highlights are starting to come back and it looks terrible. I paid $150!! I did not get what I paid for, management said they would only refund me $45 for the bad haircut but, everything is bad. Now, I have to spend more money to fix my hair which also means more unhealthy hair. Their inconvenience policy is 50% of payment! So why couldn't I be AT LEAST refunded 50% for my inconvenience having to deal with this. So disappointing, very unapologetic and frustrating.

Always satisfied. I've been a client of Salon 1800 for decades, in several locations and with different stylists. But Carlos has been the best for many years! All their services are top notch, and the salon is well managed and maintained.
Monica’s shampoos are phenomenal! She has the best hands in the business!

I have been going to this saloon for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. While making appointments ahead has always been a challenge, I have found times where I know I can practically always get an appointment. They reward loyal customers and have offered great discounts from time to time. I highly recommend Olga for waxing services!.

I loved my experience with Alexis! It was the first time I went to this salon and it was great. Alexis listened to how much I wanted to get my hair cut and she didn’t cut more than I told her. Which is always amazing!! Overall, my haircut looks great!
