👎 pretty upset. (December 30th)
I went in & asked for a chrome effect aka I wanted it to look like my nails look like little mirrors. LONG story short I didn't like the outcome. The color is nice but NOT what I wanted. I was there for like 2 hrs because the lady kept messing up and had to start all over on some nails. & I had some sparkly dust leftover on my fingernails & it looked like I had dried powder she told me I was done until she looked closely and noticed. Everyone was overall super nice, but I won't come back. I had to pay an extra $10 for the chrome effect that's not even there. Not sure if she's new or they just don't know how to truly do the nails they have as display. I'm more sad than mad because I have an event to go to.. Going to start looking for a new nail salon who can give me what I want! Any suggestions ladies?

This is the best nail salon in Ventura county! Great manicures and pedicures. Chairs are amazing! Usually can walk-in.

I have been coming for moths and always love to come back! The prices are very reasonable and the staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. The place is conveniently located. Highly recommend!
