Got a deluxe pedicure it was okay. I asked for dip nails she put tips on them which I didn’t ask for and the foundation on the dip terrible! I told her I didn’t like it and I would tip her for her service and she called the manager over he was trying to reshape them and I let him know I didn’t want to cause a scene I just would like them taken off because the foundation was terrible he end up charging me half and I left. I shouldn’t have paid at all but I wanted to be respectful but this is a mess!

I ended up getting shellac French tips on my real nails. The lady was so rough with them at first and I didn’t think anything of it. So the 1st picture is how they turned out on the first day and the 2nd picture is what happened the next day to my nail. Super upset and disappointed! My nails never split and after coming here this is what happened. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

First time customer will never go again ,totally destroyed my nails my dog could’ve did a better job.
Didn’t even take a week and 3 of the nails fell off ! Went in 5 days later to lodged a complaint they still wanted me to pay for fixing them. They use inferior products probably bought from the dollar store on the corner and then they want to glue them to my hand and charge me full price!!! After having them put on it only took a few hours for the first one to fall off followed by two more over the following four days absolutely horrible service.
Truly acted like it was my fault , no way nails should just fall off after that short of time!

Had a pedicure done cut my skin several times bleeding bloody mess. They had no remorse , acted like it was just another day like it’s normal business. Still wanted me to pay full price. Horrible place to have your nails done, too many other salons to go to to continue going to a place that cares nothing about their customers! If you use this place on a regular basis it’s absolutely guaranteed that they are going to miss treat you and give you poor service and then act like they did nothing wrong!
Don’t go here this place will make your life worse when pedicures are supposed to be making you feel better!

Tina is the new owner of perfect nails. And her work is amazing. She is the 1st person in a long time that is been able to do my nails the way I really like them. Her staff is wonderful. And it is the best pedicure I've ever had. I think it is very unfair that she has to have reviews that are reflected on the previous owner. I give her 5 stars. This is the only place my husband will go to for pedicures.
