First time in there and they were friendly. Love my pedicure and I especially LOVED the body massage chair!!!! Will definitely be going back.

I made an appointment and they would only do half my service. They did give me a free nail set voucher, but I won't be going back. I don't have time for inconsiderate businesses.

Called at 2pm and made an appointment for 3pm, got to the appointment ON TIME, I sit down at the table and the tech asks me to reschedule for 5. I tell her I cannot reschedule for 5. She hands me a $10 card and said come back and I will take care of you. Not returning! I have been going here for almost a year! Very disappointing!

I've never experience anything like this anywhere. The guy who did my nails was so rough he cut me several times, he was rushing the whole time and did a super messy job, he even left glue and nails polish around my nails and to make it worst, hours later a nail snaps off. I called the next day and explained the situation they told me to go in and they said they would "fix them" but only fixed one nail which looks way different than the other nails. Never going back.
