ZERO STARS Closes at 5 pm now. How is a person with a job supposed use this place? I work 6 days a week. This BMV is completely worthless. It can't stay open a little later like it used to one day a week. I hope the state closes this worthless place down. It has no purpose anymore.

I’m still shocked at what I just experienced, rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. No attempt what so ever to hide their clear hate of their jobs. Felt like I was inconveniencing them, and I should know everything and not dare ask a question. Treating a little old lady like a idiot, rolling their eyes, abruptly hanging up phones. I’d rather drive farther away then go here ever again, and that’s exactly what I will do.

Terrible place.. counter people are rude.. better have 2 hours of time to waste because they are slower than the speed of smell and could care less about you or your time. Truly a government ran business.

Do anything you can to not go to this location. Slowest and worst BMV I ever have been to.

Called ahead of time to make sure what we needed to do could be done at this location - "yes, yes it is no problem." Arrived and not only was the notary EXCEPTIONALLY rude but she was utterly clueless and refused to help. Asked someone else who also did not know the answer. In less than five minutes we were told "go to Mentor." There was no line, it was not right before close, no need to rush us out like that. It seemed like nobody wanted to actually do what they were getting paid to do.
