I would like to say that I am happy with the level of service that I have received here. I have been coming to this location for the past year. I bought my wedding rings in this location back in November of 2017. Oscar was great with us and be even managed to get our rings on time before the wedding. I was even more impressed yesterday with Janeen. I called Janeen about a situation that my wife was having with her ring. Janeen asked me to come down to the store. When I got to the store she recognized my voice and treated me by my first name, I was impressed that she was able to remember my name. I explained the situation to Janeen and she was able to help me out replace my wife’s ring. I was able to get a great deal for it. You could say that she saved the day. My wife is happy with her new ring, fortunately I located my wife’s old ring and because I was satisfied with her service, we decided to keep the ring.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Have NOT had a bad experience at all!! Will continue to keep doing my shopping here

I disagree with the negative reviews left. This mall has a “rep” but I don’t fall into the politics. I have been a customer/member of this location since 2014. Janeen(store manager) has been a loyal, attentive and prompt every time. She was apart of the planning stages for biggest day of my life helping my wife and I get ready for our big day in 2015-2016 and continues strive with the awesome customer service. Today is a great example. Granted I’m a returning customer, however we all forget things. And today was my day to forget. Jeneen took the time to assure that I didn’t leave the store until we found the solution to our minor problem! I really appreciate you and the service you provide! Sorry for the lengthy review. But the madness had to be cleared about this location.
