They were extremely busy, but when i got my manicure she just used a nail grinder tool all over the tops od my nails. It was physicslly painful and caused a lot of hang nails. My fingertips were sore for two days after I got my nails done. Will not go back. The drill is really damsging to thr nailbed so if someone goes to use this on your nails tell them no. They shoukd be hand filing. I know this now after researching on Google.

Over Charged! Was not told how much extra something was. My Mom took my Daughter there to get her nails done. I had a gift certificate for $25 plus I sent a little extra for tip. My daughter was getting her nails done and then wanted a design on one nail on each hand. My mom said she asked a few times how much extra it was and was never given an answer. Owe my mom an extra $20 now. Not happy.
