The building was nice, appeared clean, and everyone was polite. I got the milk and honey pedicure for $55, which was not terrible but it only took 30 minutes from start to finish and the guy kept checking his phone. Then I asked for white square tip dip powder nails, and my left hand turned out decent, but after asking 4 seperate times to have him fix my nails on my right hand (they were just uneven) he kept telling me they were even and he already fixed it so I just kind of gave up. All together I paid $115, and I just don't feel like it was worth it. I would not have had an issue with the price had the quality been reflected in the work. I might go back tomorrow (9/27/20) to see if someone else can just re do my nails. I was trying not to be "that jerk" in the nail place, because the guy wasn't rude, he just seemed pre occupied.

Great! Very skilled, kind, patient, and cheerful. I think if I am going to do this continually this is the place to go.

Always kind, courteous and professional. My nails are always perfect when I leave Venetian. Definitely make an appointment because the place is always packed!!

I walked in for a pedicure and shellac manicure. I paid $115 for services and left $15 dollar cash tip. The manicurist didn’t push back or trim my cuticles. She didn’t clean underneath the nails. She didn’t allow the polish to dry under the dryer for the full amount of time. She did trim the side of my nails, two of my fingers ended up bleeding. Within three days my thumb nail had lifted and by day 5 came completely off. It’s day 6 and several other nails have lifted. I knew it wasn’t a good manicure when it was happening but I was too embarrassed to say anything. I went in today and asked them to fix it and they said they couldn’t. I understand, they said it had been too long, I should have complained then. I told them I was embarrassed because the manicurist was right there but also I had already been there 1 hour and 15 minutes and needed to get home to my kids. They were nice enough but the quality of work was a one for sure.
