It was a really nice spa to go, the staff remembers your name and gives good suggestions on what to get and are very flexible. No appointment needed. Though I do wish they could hire more staff to help out but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is just gonna have to be the way it is for a while.

Always have a wonderful experience here. Have been going for several years. Spa is clean and well maintained. Services are affordable and excellent! I will continue going to MG!

The Entire staff is Amazing! They all have awesome customer service skills. I’m always receiving compliments on my nails .Highly recommend this nail salon to Everyone!!! Best place in Raleigh to receive all your services!!!!

This was my first salon experience in months. I go here all the time because I try to support the business in in my neighborhood however today was not a good experience. My time is important. I was not offered water or anything for that matter. I had an 11:30 appointment and I had to wait 40 minutes before my service was started. I was not asked which pedicure I wanted; it was taken for granted that I wanted the Basic Manicure which I never get. In the end the person rushed because she had someone else waiting on her. I did not get the manicure because waiting had absorbed most of my lunch break sitting there waiting. If you cannot take a person within 5-10 minutes of an appointment, don't schedule it as I asked 2 times when scheduling, "will you be able to take care of my services in 90 minutes or less?" and the answer was yes.
