Very nicely shaped and very nice people. Their signs are all wrong though, and they said nothing before they started my nails about the pricing being wrong. I had no problem paying $43 instead of $25, but thats very deceptive to those who do mind the $20 difference. Doesnt seem professional

I gave them one star because I would not have been able to post my comment without giving a rating. I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt and a second chance but if I can save someone from having to endure what I went through I will. Stay far far away!! This was my second time going to Exotic Nails about one year after I went the first time. I should have learned from the first experience which left my toe nails in pain from the way my nails were cut. This time, I went to Exotic Nails instead of my regular salon to have a dip powder manicure done and because they are close to my house and I did not have time to drive to my regular salon. I wondered about the cleanliness of equipment because everyone seemed to not be taking care of the equipment they used. Unlike most nail salons, the technicians did not place a towel beneath my hands and went back and forth between wearing their masks. I should have walked out when the technician first Three different people worked on my nails. The first young lady did not even say hello. She looked at my nails, went in the back, and returned with a bowl. She then had me to soak my nails in a hot solution to remove the previous dip powder from my nails. I soaked for about 30 minutes, then the girl returned checked my nails and began blasting my nails with a nail drill machine. I found this strange since at my normal salon they place a cold removing solution on my fingers and wrap them in foil. After about 10 minutes (give or take), the dip powder is removed. She drilled two nails, placed my hands back in the hot solution and disappeared into the back. The next lady sat in front of me, did not greet me, pulled my hand toward her, and began drilling at my nails again. She removed material from three nails, placed my finger in the solution, yelled something to a young man, then walked away. He sat at the table scratching dandruff from his hair while I soaked. He got up washed his hands and returned to the table. He barely filed my nails with the drill to where they were smooth when he pulled on the dip powder and some gel polish. He polished and put gel on my nails then had me place my hands under a dryer. This was all completely different from the way my usual salon did my nails but I figured they may do something differently so I reluctantly sat through the process. The entire process for him was quick, he was done in about 15 minutes which made me happy because my usual salon takes about 2 hours on my nail (now I know it is worth it). By the time he was done my nails were gorgeous. I paid the $28 plus left a tip. Three days later I was out of town and my nails began chipping. I couldn't go back to tell them about it because I was out of town. I called and the lady did not understand what I was telling her. It took a total of 6 days for my color to chip, crack, and break off. Afterwards, I had to cut my actual nails down due to breakage. I am still cutting them and its been three weeks. I will never go here again and I would never recommend this salon to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

These ladies are great at what they do. The wait is horrible, 1-2 hour wait.
