Their sign says they close at 7pm Monday through Saturday. I came there a 5:45pm and they said they were close. Bad business if you ask me.

Went in for a full set with white tip and within a week 3 of my nails have broken off and I’m highly updet because I hate having to go back and forth to get it fixed after I’ve paid. Nail guy talks way too much and can’t focus. I believe it’s old acrylic being used because I’ve never had this problem. This is just ridiculous. Got a pedicure as well and I was cut several times and now after 2 days I can see the scabs on my toes!

Get dip done and 2 days later it peel out. The nail teach guy talk way too much. The lady did my feet was clean really good but the guy did my hand is really bad. Promoted as 20% on monday to Wednesday but didnt get a discount.

I went in for a full set and picked a powder color once I saw the color on one nail I said I didn’t like it and would like to change to a different color. He didn’t want to at all and just said I’ll do a design over it. He forced his opinion on everything I wanted I left with a set of nails that looked nothing like the picture I showed I was so sad. I hate to complain but that was really just the worst experience ever

My experience at the salon was awful awful customer service. One Nail Tech mess my nails up another nail tech try to fix it. I was in town visiting from New Orleans I paid $85 to get my nails are feet done and to come home 2 days later in my gel polish to be peeling off very unacceptable. I would never ever recommend this nail salon to anyone this is the worst Salon I've ever been in before in my life awful awful customer service this business needs to be shut down.
