I love this salon. Kelly has been doing my nails and toes for over two years, she is the best tech I have ever been to. She took the time to learn how I like my nails at my first visit, and I get the same quality fill and pedi every time. My nails always look awesome and she does such a good job on the fill, I can go a longer period between fills. She is great to visit with so the appointments seem so quick. I highly recommend her!

This is a great salon! I have been going to Kelly for over a year now, she is the best! She is the only person I will go to get my nails done. She knows exactly how I like my nails and makes them perfect every time. Dip manicures can sometimes look too thick, not with Kelly. She makes sure my nails look thin like I want them. My dip manicures can last well over three weeks if not for the out growth. Kelly is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting your nails done by her the next time you get your done.

I took my sister as a treat for her birthday & we both got "no chip" manicures. I made an appointment ahead of time & we arrived 10 minutes before we were supposed to. I was kind of surprised at how fast we had to pick out our "colors"... I actually felt rushed. The gentleman that took care of me never even greeted me, which was kind of weird, because I actually wanted to ask a question or two. Eventually I did ask my question & he never responded. The "icing on the cake" so to speak... was when he clipped/pulled the cuticle on the side of my finger & made it bleed. Believe me, I know accidents happen & totally understood. The thing that got me, was the fact that it wouldn't stop bleeding, even after he kept pouring a blue liquid on the side of my finger.... continuously ~ when that didn't help, he took a little bottle of what looked like super glue & proceeded to squeeze that liquid on the side of my finger... which totally "burned'. At that point I told him to not worry about it... so my manicure was finished, but the polish on that finger would not adhere, because of the crazy glue. Kind of crazy if you ask me... but all that counts, is that my sister's manicure turned out nice. As for me, I'm pretty sure I won't be back.... as I felt he should have at least said he was sorry, for making me bleed... yet he never said a word. :(

I have been seeing Kelly for almost 2 years - she is the only person I can honestly say has done my nails perfect every time. Over the past 2 years, we have built a great relationship, and I never have to tell her how I like my nails done - she just remembers and knows. Everyone at OP nails has been super friendly and I would highly recommend this salon. Kelly is my favorite!

Justin was my nail tech and he is new there but he did a great job. I got a dip manicure on my natural nails and he kept my nails pretty thin like I wanted. He was very easy to talk to and finished my nails in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional. I would recommend him.
