The girls we booked with where not there even though we had a 8:30 appointment. After a few calls asking where they were 45 minutes later one showed up. They never asked how hot I wanted the water (they made it boiling hot, ouch). They only did nail care on one foot cause they kept talking and forgot about the other foot. When she did my French tips that were full of bubbles and didn't reach both size sides of my nail. On top of that one of my nails had a hair in it. Only thing I could do was cover it with glitter nail polish. Also she dinged up two cuticles one being my wedding finger. Did I mention this was the day before my wedding.

I came in to get my nails done and 3 days later the nails polish chipped on 4 different nails. I came in to show them and asked for them to fix it but I want a different polish because these two colors that I have on are both chipping. She said she would charge me 15 dollars to do a color change. Which would be fine if my current color wasn't chipping. Why would i want to put the same colors on if the polish doesn't seem to be of good quality. If I put the same color it's going to chip again. She said it's because I work and use my hands, that's why it's chipping. But I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and have worked the same job for years and never has my gel nail polish chipped so badly especially after 3 days. Tracy did my nails and the shape was beautiful but that's not right for them to charge for a different polish if the current one obviously is no good.

Have been going to Marble Nails for many years and love all the staff. The owner is a very nice man, stays on top of things, and greats the customers. The spa is always clean, organized and comfortable.
I have highly recommended this business for years, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Marble Nails for always making me feel beautiful when I leave.

I've been here twice now for a gel manicure and the first time wasn't great, she didn't do a good job, the polish came up on the side of my nail touching my skin, it chipped within 5 days. The 2nd time and my last time she was very rude, normally they are rude but this lady was mean! I asked for 3 coats because last time with two it chipped within 5 days so she agreed but became very rough after my request. At the end she charged me $35 last time I paid $30 and it was nothing fancy just pink. She ended up charging me twice. I left and checked my bank account and noticed, walked back in and told her and she acted like such a bit**. Like it's my fault you charged me twice! I ended up having to call my bank and filed a claim. Forget this place! Oh and even with 3 coats one nail chipped the very next day and the rest came off a week later. I went somewhere in Oxnard near the collection for $27 and it lasted 2 weeks!

Horrible horrible service...25 mins waiting in water heals looked the same when I left as they did when I got there...$22 polish job....Ventura stay away!
