A friend and I came to the salon to have an eyelash perm done. The results were terrible. The lashes were not curled at all. They were bent - so much so, that they were touching our top lids. The chemicals burned while they were on, and when I asked if it was supposed to burn, she said "just a little". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! When we got home, our eyes were red, and our lids were swollen. When we complained later about it, they offered to fix it, and while my friends were a little better, mine had no change, and now my eyes are swollen again. They said they were going to use neutralizer to fix it, but after my eyes were taped, they did the ENTIRE perm again.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
The establishment was not what you would expect from a "salon and spa" and the rooms where the procedures were done, were not what you would expect. I found the same products they used on us on Amazon for $14. Completely unacceptable.
Do not go here for this procedure. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them for any procedure.

I have had my hair cut and colored several times at this salon and I have loved it every time. I also have my nails done here and I love them too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My expierance was very poor they burnt my scalp dying it blonde do not I repeat do. Not go here for hair color
