they took three hours for me to do my nails. The employees were giving me faces. Kept repeating to paint my nails and I got two times bleeding. They were yelling at me every time I moved but. I had to die to cramping. Do not go to this place it sucks.

This place is awful, the staff are really rude and pushy to sale something and one more rude thing about them , they talk behind the customer back in their own language, they have no manners, I’m so sorry for those type people. Low class and uneducated. I don’t have to worry about going back there.

Worst experience ever. Nails came out crooked and was charge $70 for gel manipedi. Went back because I was not prepared to have wasted that money and look so horrible. They took an hour to remove them and still charged me $7 for removal and a card processing fee. I can’t believe it. They treated me like it was MY FAULT. The nails looked so horrible I’m not kidding the nail beds were so uneven and I was told “it’s your hands they’re just different shapes” excuse me??

They couldn’t handle my request of a facial wax. The technician was huffing and puffing and saying omg because she had to do her job. I told the manager how I felt and she didn’t care. I will never go to a business where they do not care for their customers and not providing good customer service.
