Tracy is a phenomenal hair cutter. She took my extreme overgrown hair and turned it a handsome piece of art.
No one at this location has ever given me a bad haircut, so I go every time over Great Clips.
If you like solid conversation while receiving your haircut, Tracy is a wonderful person to converse with.

Ness always does a FANTASTIC JOB!!! on my hair. She explains what she's doing and is very sensitive to my needs. I have a very Sensitive scalp and she is able to work around that and give me a wonderful cut, color and style every single time. She is the BEST!!!

Worst haircut experience ever!!! My hair is like asymmetry and bite by a dog, the old lady is very rude, I had chopped hair all over my cloth when she remove the cape!! If you want a professional hair cut don’t ask for the old lady there!!! A nine year old girl can do so much better !!!

The lady told me when I came in to get a haircut that there was only one person ahead of me. I patiently waited. 10 minutes later she had brought what I had thought was the person ahead of me up to get her hair cut. 10 minutes later two older people came in and she brought one of them up immediately. I still waited another 10 minutes then she brought another person up after that. I waited 20 minutes she had no one up and just ignored me and walked in the back. I don't mind waiting but this was outrageous I was lied to and wasted a hour of my time. I will never come back to cost cutters they have lost my business.

If you want your hair done by an AWESOME stylist ask for Ness. I went in for full highlights, cut, shampoo and style and came out like an angel :) Ness took her time with me giving me an outstanding hairdo. She talks to her clients and treats them like royalty! It felt like I've known her forever! The staff are also very friendly making sure their clients are happy and leave satisfied.Thanks Cost Cutters!
