I am patiently awaiting for this salon that I have been coming to consistently (for at least 10yrs) to adjust the amount charged to my credit card. They charged me $66.22 for a pink & white fill.
That day I left a $20 tip because I felt the gentleman did a good job. I did NOT notice he overcharged me until I looked over my bank account.
I was charged $66.22 on 09/2/18. I thought that was the total for my service with the $20 tip included.
I was charged an additional $20 on 09/13/18.
I am not happy. I hope they correct this mistake and prove themselves be decent people with good business practices. Do the right thing Perfect Nails! Make this right!

Price is about the same as everywhere else. They except walk ins which is nice . I really like working with dan and the owner. I’ll be back

I have never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon not to mention very unsanitary!
I had to explain to the person at least 5 different times that I didn't want a divot on my nails and wanted an arch. She apparently could not wrap her head around what that meant or why. Finally another nail tech told her to put more pink powder on.
The nails look terrible but I was SO done trying to explain to her what I wanted.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I love coming here to get my nails done. Staff is friendly, not overpriced, and they always do a good job. They do stay pretty busy on the weekends. I usually can go in on a day I only work half a day and there is no wait.

The girl who did my gel polish with French tip did my polish ok, but I noticed that a few little spots on 3 of my nails weren’t covered completely when I left and some of the white part chipped off the very next day, so I went in that next day and asked for them to correct the white tip. The owner of the salon seemed really unhappy and pissed that I had come back. She filed off the parts that were chipped on about 3 nails each side and then filled in the white missing. The polish looked uneven and sort of clumpy. I just let her finish and got out of there. She acted really snotty about it and just got up and left when she was done! Didn’t ask me if they looked OK or anything. I got up I had been to Perfect Nails at least six times before then and didn’t have a problem because they are close by, reasonable and open later than most including Sundays. But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and I won’t be back!
