I used to come here a lot but stopped after one rude worker was arguing and insulting me about touching the hair. I'm a customer and I was pregnant and the other staff saw and did nothing. You are better off going to Jamaica Avenue for hair to deal with the people there. Much nicer and you can haggle for cheaper prices.

Very poor customer service. Left the store immediately in disgust. Happily purchased product elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I bought the wrong item. .Went back in 5 mins later to exchange and they wouldnt let me exchange it. I will NEVER be going back there again.

Went there to get some hair was helped by the floor person, went home only to find out that it was the wrong hair so I took it back in 10 minutes only to find out that they didnt take returns, problem is they didn't have the hair so I eventually had to pick up stuff I didn't need.

I stopped going to this store because I felt as though I was being watched and followed through the store. I addressed the issue with the guy who was following me and never went back until about 2 years later when I needed to pick up something in an emergency. As soon as I entered the store I remembered the reason I had stop shopping there in the first place. Do not shop here.
