This is a wonderful day spa! The service is excellent. The staff is very kind and caring. The environment is pleasant and relaxing. I have been at this beautiful spa three times, and I really enjoyed this lovely place including the amazing massage treatments. I highly recommend Ann Karen Day Spa, Arcadia, CA. I will keep coming back.

Ann Karen spa has great location, our family has four persons have massage today. All of us feel good about the massage. I would strongly recommend this spa.

I was here Wednesday, this is the by far the bigger Spa in San Gabriel Valley, this is a High End Spa but the Cost of the Spa is not High end, the price is quite reasonable, i.e. I have the signature facial for 90 min. $104 + $15 Tips, for a day Spa included Jacuzzi, Sauna, Saltroom, tea etc... I spend 4 hours in this Spa for $119, I think that is not expenses at all, of cause if you compare with those small little beauty/Massage Salon places in San Gabriel City along the Valley Blvd. and you don't mind the dirty linen sheets, oily smell towel wrapped around your forehead, unknown skincare products they used in those Valley Blvd places, than this place is more expensive and not for you, but if you can afford it this is your facial Spa. I am highly recommended this Ann Karen Spa if you really care about your face & skin!

Nice spa. But everything is a hustle, You can't relax and enjoy for them trying to upsell you $3500 packages.
