Do not go to this place unless you want your nails damaged. They have no expertise in how to preserve your nails to remain strong. I went in to remove my gel extensions and get a manicure. This woman filed my nails to the very base of the nail to the point that it would break if I just bent it a little. My nails were perfectly fine prior to visiting this salon. A horrible experience. The woman kept pushing my hand away aggressively every time she would file it at the start of the session. The way they file the nails is rough. They have no regards on how to gently file the nails without it damaging your skin or nails. Never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon.

I went there out of convenience because i work around the corner on weekends. From home its 1 hour and 30 mins train ride. I got a gel manicure on a Sunday. By Tuesday the polish was chipping off my nails. I called to complained, i wanted to cancel my cc payment but they insisted i come back to get it fixed. I traveled down there to fix it and between their language and what the employee told me one of the gel machine wasnt working too good. So basically even though we, the customer could see it, my gel nails were wet. Sorry guys, you lost a good customer.

Classic Chinatown nail salon. Does good work and acceptably clean. Very sweet staff.

They were really quick and efficient. Decent sized salon. Nail techs are courteous. Prices are reasonable.
