Excellent service...I was pleasently greeted by the staff upon my arrival. They had all necessary documents ready to be completed. I was seen immediately, within 10 minutes of my arrival. My wait time in the exam room was less than 5 minutes before the PA came in. Ms. black is a genuine professional... She conducted a thorough exam far beyond my expectation. Not only did she address the issue I was scheduled to have examined and treated, she also identified an additional concern which she treated as well. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and treated my issues ...all in a genuine, caring professional manner. She and the young lady that assisted with the procedures did an excellent job. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this practice.

My mother has been a patient of Dr Lupton for years. He has always been knowledgeable and concerned with her well being. We would definitely recommend his services

I went for melasma after being referred by a friend. I saw PA English Black. She was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. She would interrupt me when I was asking a question yet would not answer my question. She did not even ask me to remove my make-up to "examine" the melasma. She recommended a treatment but did not bother to explain it nor its side effects. My time was NOT valued nor used wisely. I WILL NEVER return to this office. She has zero customer service skills, which, I feel, are necessary in the health care profession.

My daughter is a current patient there. Called to get my son in and tried to make an appt. After several questions she couldn't locate my son in the system and that's when I told her he was new patient. She blew up and told me it was my fault cause I didn't tell her. She was asking the questions so that definitely should have been one of them. She was rude and unpleasant and I simply told her I would call another Dermotologist. When I called Dr. Taffeen his staff was a lot nicer. By the way I will be moving my daughter as well.

Dena Anderson was great. She was efficient, but took the time to listen and explain everything to me. I recommend her!
