A very surprisingly comfortable experience. First time trying this "cleanse". The staff were warm and informative. I loved that it's private and that I could do everything in privacy.

I had the chance to go in for a couple appointments with my husband. The experience for a male on a Colon cleanse I can imagine must be different and uncomfortable for a male, but Maggie was very helpful, professional and patient. I wasn’t able to get it done myself since I was pregnant at the time, but I most definitely would love to come in once I’m able to and have her do the treatment.

Never had this done to me ever so i was very nervous but maggie walk it to tru it very clearly and made my experience smooth and easy to get it done i recommend it to people

This place doesn't make it clear on the Groupon that this is a self service colonic which is quite unusual. I've never experienced before and didn't work at all for me. The tube wouldn't stay up. Maggie the receptionist who barely explains the procedure while you're on the machine half naked even took calls while I was trying to understand the device. There was even poop stains on the old magazines in the room.
After a few attempts it didn't work so I stopped and she didn't even tell me where the bathroom was in the large, tacky shop. The bathroom is supposed to be nearby so you don't have an accident after the colonic. No, it wasn't and I did have an accident on my way there! She then yelled out twice that she'd left paper towels and cleaner for me to clean up the fecal matter that was on the toilet, floor and walls! She didn't give me gloves nor were there seat covers to make such a horrible situation avoidable. This is a huge health risk! It was truly disgusting and once I exited she asked "did you have an accident?" sarcastically. The nerve to have a gratuity sign in the room. Is that to pay for the button you push to get her to slowly return to the room?! This place doesn't deserve one star! Avoid it like the plague!

This was my first time doing this kind of cleance . I bought my cleance on groupon. I was very excited but mostly nervious. I didn't know what to expect. When I get there I met Maggie. She was such a sweet lady. She takes me into a room and explains the process. Unfortunately I had trouble inserting the tube in my bottom. Put it this way, I wasted 30 minutes of my hour because I couldn't get the procedure done. Maggie tried to help me but because I was limited and was nervious the hour went by fast. Actually Maggie came in and disconnect the machine 8 minutes before the hour, I still had alot of water left. She said I had to rinse myself. She said she had another patient at 11. That's the reason why I give 4 stars. It wasn't my fault i had trouble. I think when it's your first time and are having trouble you should get an extra half an hour. I drove all the way from Walnut and in traffic. I think I deserved a little more time or another session.
