Great place to work out. The machines are the best part - they feel great and they make you feel great. I started going to this Private Workout in Flower Mound in 2013. The staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommended!

It's private and that is what I like best right now. It may get boring after many workouts...I am on about workout 60. Buy so is walking on a treadmill.

This facility is a fantastic work out environment. They are very individualized and make sure that you get the results you want. I have had a great experience with their programs. Its great that i can even go on lunch and be back in time!

Today was my first time in and it was amazing the staff was great!! Also very helpful with all my questions! Every time i come in the people are polite and welcoming. They help out personally with you if you have any problems during your workout. The private workout pushes the perfect amount without yoiu feeling like you want to just fall over.
