I want to preface this review by saying that I am a former stylist.
I Went into this salon as a walk in and I asked for a wash and style. The stylist, named Karen, talked me into a hair cut. I told her that I was growing my hair out from a short pixie. She said that I needed a little trim to make my ends blunt. I told her a tiny trim. I have no idea what she was thinking, but my hair is so uneven and she chopped more than 1/2 of what I was growing. If I had done this while I was styling, I would not have had any clientele. Will never go back here.

Super talented people. Gena is amazing and a true artist. Salon is gorgeous and easy to get too. Best hair salon.

Mel does great work, I've been getting my hair cut here since back when they were at Northshore mall.
