Visiting Indianapolis IN took my sister out and got us a pedicure.. Great place very friendly and the customer service was awesome! We got to set and soak our feet and relaxed in the massage chairs for awhile before they started. Got our designs and the prices are very reasonable! Great place I'll be going back to visit here when I return to Indiana again soon.

Nails down the best salon in Indianapolis. Staff is friendly and do a great job. I have yet to be in there and the staff not know the name of someone who walked in. That just goes to show they care about their customers and their customers care about them. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Loved the service and Quinn. I haven’t had my nails done in almost seven years, and she made me fall in love with it all over again! I definitely recommend her.

I loved Quinn. My nails turned out wonderful. When I was unsure of what was best for my nail health she made a wonderful recommendation and I love it. I was able to go right in!!

I showed Quyen two pictures of exactly what I wanted. She was apparently way too busy to pay attention because after she cut mine down that were short enough for what I wanted, she suddenly pulled out acrylic nails. I just couldn’t go on. They may have been “in business 23 years” and are “always this busy everyday” but if we start off on the wrong foot after less than 5 minutes in the chair I didn’t let her finish. Maybe appointments or additional help would allow her to clearly listen to what the customer wants. Walked out and won’t be back.
